As a duly recognized Engineering fraternity with an initiative for service, the Beta Epsilon Fraternity organizes several events throughout the year.

One of the Grand Pakains of the fraternity, where a buffet opened for all College of Engineering students in celebration of its Anniversary every August.

The B.O.A.T. Race or Beer on a Table Race of the UP Beta Epsilon is one of the much awaited events by the UP College of Engineering during August where teams from different organizations race up to finish the beer drinking relay and bag the cash prize dedicated for the champion.

Every August, the Anniversary Month starts with the dedication of the Fraternity Exhibit at the Melchor Hall lobby, where the rich history of the fraternity’s dedication to service and brotherhood was featured at the display.

Last July 2019, the UP Beta Epsilon Fraternity went up on the hills of Mt. Daraitan to sponsor a far-flung community school of Madilay-dilay with solar cells, a computer set, and an LCD screen for the children.

Anniversary Celebration

The anniversary celebration is an annual month-long celebration during the foundation month of the fraternity that fosters camaraderie and good vibes in the engineering community. Some events within the celebration are the Distinguished Alumni Lecture Series (DALS), in which an accomplished betan alumni gives an inspirational talk to the engineering community, and beer on a table race (BOAT race), a drinking competition for various engineering orgs.
